Pictorial title. Covers rather grubby, otherwise fine. Small 4to. Fascimile reprint of a facsimile reprint. The first edition of 1619 is rare - and expensive if you manage to find a copy. Quaritch produced a reprint in 1891, which is also very hard to find, but scarce rather than rare. They then produced it again in 1969.
