Original colour pictorial card covers of hunting/shooting scenes. Unpaginated, but circa 60 pages, of which only a small proportion is the diary part. An annual diary for hunting/shooting chaps, with details: calendar; diary; tel.nos. of theatres, hotels etc.; post info; Royal Family; peerage; police; sporting fixtures; race winners; hunt map; hunts; shooting - loads, shot, seasons, licences, - - plus other sports such as cricket & sailing. There are several advertisement pages at the rear. The condition of this remarkably detailed little (12mo) diary is perfect. The diarist/owner of this tiny diary, who has completed many days (Jan 5th to July 5th) hunting, riding etc, was J. Holford, of Rookesbury Park, Wickham, which is now one of the leading Prep Schools of the South.
